3. Products & pricing

All prices are shown in South African Rand (ZAR) and are inclusive of VAT where applicable. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors and to update product availability without prior notice.

4. Payment & security

We accept payment by credit/debit card (via a secure payment gateway) and EFT/bank transfer. All card payments are processed through an encrypted, PCI-compliant payment gateway — SNRG does not see or store your full card details. Orders are only processed once payment has been confirmed.

To the extent permitted by law, SNRG's liability is limited to the value of the goods purchased. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from product use, misuse, or installation not carried out or approved by us.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa, including the Consumer Protection Act 68 of 2008 and the Electronic Communications and Transactions Act 25 of 2002, where applicable.
