Warranty coverage
We stand behind the products we sell. Warranty periods vary by product category:
- Batteries: 1 year conditional warranty — conditional on correct installation, use within the manufacturer's specifications, and normal operating conditions. Excludes damage from misuse, incorrect installation, overcharging/discharging, or unauthorized repair.
- Inverters: 2 year warranty covering manufacturing defects under normal use.
- Other products (UPS systems, solar panels, accessories): covered by the relevant manufacturer's standard warranty. Contact us for the specific terms that apply to your product before you buy, or when making a claim.
Warranty exclusions
Warranties don't cover physical or water damage, unauthorized modification or repair, normal wear and tear, or damage resulting from installation not carried out or approved by SNRG.
How to make a warranty claim
Email info@snrg.co.za with your proof of purchase, the product's serial number, and a description of the fault. Our team will guide you through assessment, repair, or replacement.
Installation & support
SNRG offers professional installation services for eligible products — let us know when you order, or contact us to arrange installation for an existing purchase.
Our team also provides technical guidance and system sizing help before you buy, so you get the right setup for your home or business.
