This Privacy Policy applies to corporate.snrg.co.za / www.snrg.co.za ("SNRG Corporate", "we", "us"), the enterprise infrastructure division of SNRG, proudly owned and operated by Khanyisa UPS, based in Johannesburg, South Africa. This policy explains what information we collect through this website, why, and how it's protected, in line with South Africa's Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA).

2. Information we collect

We collect information you provide directly, such as when you submit a quote request or contact form (name, company, email address, phone number, and any project details you share), and information collected automatically through analytics (see Section 5), such as pages visited, device/browser type, and general location inferred from IP address.

3. How we use it

We use the information you submit to respond to enquiries, prepare quotes and proposals, and provide technical support. We do not sell your personal information. We may use aggregated, anonymised analytics data to understand how the site is used and improve it.

4. Contact form processing

Quote and contact form submissions on this site are processed via FormSubmit, a third-party form-delivery service, and sent directly to our email inbox. We do not store form submissions in a separate database on this site. Please avoid submitting sensitive personal information (such as ID numbers or financial details) through the contact form.

5. Analytics & cookies

This site may use Google Analytics 4 to understand aggregate visitor behaviour (pages viewed, time on site, general location). Google Analytics uses cookies and similar technologies; you can opt out using your browser settings or a browser extension such as Google's Analytics Opt-out Add-on. We do not use tracking for targeted advertising.

We retain enquiry information for as long as reasonably necessary to respond to your request and maintain business records, and take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect it against loss, misuse or unauthorised access.
